CHEF DE PARTIE | up to $85k + | 4 Day week JRM is currently seeking industry professionals to join this high volume, fast paced venue in Sydneys West.

About the Role
Work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, rotate through the outlets to keep learning and progressing.
Operate within a structured, skilled environment with robust culinary systems.
Manage your section and support the Sous and Head Chefs in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.
Maintain strict adherence to HACCP and food safety standards
Rotating roster including evenings and weekends.
About You
Previous experience at a minimum Chef de Partie in a busy, high-volume venue. Would also suit junior sous chefs
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery - essential
Full working rights in Australia - essential
Strong understanding of HACCP procedures and food safety compliance
A passion for the culinary industry and a commitment to continuous learning
Experience in grill or pizza sections highly regarded; exposure to functions or events a bonus
