The Role As our Lifecycle Communications Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind our student communications-planning, creating, and optimising campaigns that guide prospective and current students through their journey.
From crafting direct response emails to analysing campaign performance,



you'll play a key role in shaping how students experience our brand.
What You'll Do Build and send engaging communications across the student lifecycleWrite copy, develop creative, and manage campaign assetsUse Marketing Cloud and CRM data to personalise and automate journeysTest, optimise, and report on campaign performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external partnersBring fresh ideas to improve the student experience every day What You'll Bring Experience with EDMs and email marketing platforms (Marketing Cloud = big plus!)A love for data-driven marketing and campaign optimisationStrong attention to detail and time management skillsA collaborative spirit and a proactive mindsetBonus points for CRM (Salesforce) experience and formal marketing qualifications Why Join OES?
