Primary Purpose of Position The role is for a Qualified Spray Painter to spray paint and perform minor repairs to agricultural equipment and trucks to the standard of an automotive standard and finish.
Responsibilities The role is for a Qualified Spray Painter to spray paint and perform minor repairs to agricultural equipment and trucks to the automotive standard and finish.
Work in a way that actively promotes the company's commitment to the highest standard of health and safety in the workplace by adhering to the company's OH&S; systems, procedures and policies.
Maintain a workplace that reflects the brand image by ensuring work areas are kept clean and tidy.
Carry out thorough inspections on customer's equipment in accordance with written work instructions so the company can meet its promise to its customers of providing a second to none inspection service.
Carry out paint repairs to customer equipment to the highest possible standard in accordance with written and verbal instructions.




Complete all required paperwork and take accountability for your work quality.
Carry out any reasonable request that is within your scope of trade, training or knowledge.
Ensure all work is carried out to a standard that meets or exceeds our customer's expectations.
Complete all relevant documentation accurately and promptly including time sheets, repair orders and quality documentation.
Train and induct recent employees in all areas of working at the company.
Share ideas and knowledge to find creative solutions to further enhance customer satisfaction and improve operational efficiencies.
