WFH, Inc. is looking for a Store Manager for its Knox Sunoco location.
Store Managers are responsible for the complete operation of a convenience store and Subway facility. Managers are required to work 50 hours a week and must be capable of succeeding in an on-call setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting, selecting, and training store personnel.
Inventory Management and ordering
Managing Cost of Goods and Profit margin with an eligible Bonus if meet required profit margins.
Inventory and cash loss control
Daily sales reporting and banking
Management of Subway area
Job Requirements:
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of inventory management, basic finance principles
Valuable email and computer skills
Excellent time management and organization skills
High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-year experience in retail business management.
