Partner/ Director/ Operations Manager at HKS Financial Planning

We are a well-established mortgage broking business of 9 years that sits within a larger financial planning business. Due to the growth of our business and an increasing number of leads, we are looking for a part time mortgage broker to join our team.

Hours: Ideally school hours, four days a week (flexible for the right candidate).

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who has a passion to deliver exceptional customer service.

Duties and responsibilities include:
Manage loans from enquiry through to settlement
Undertake general broking support tasks and provide customer service through timely action of client requests
Complete processing tasks utilising our CRM system and other industry portals




Ensure financial service provided complies with the relevant industry requirements and codes
Assist the broker in existing client retention programs

We are looking for someone with:
A certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
Experience using Mercury will be highly regarded
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise competing demands
Professional attitude
Ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting.
Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn quickly
Proactive approach with the desire to learn and assist where necessary
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable dealing with a diverse range of clients
Strong desire to grow with the business and develop their broking career
