We’re on the hunt for an energetic and experienced Food & Beverage / Gaming Supervisor to join our crew as we get ready to relaunch into something fresh, fun, and contemporary!
With our exciting renovations, this is your chance to be part of a brand-new chapter in a venue that’s about to shine.
About The Role You will lead from the front across both day and night shifts (including some 4am finishes), bringing your passion for great service, team spirit, and good vibes to every shift. You are a current RSA and RSG holder, with a can‑do attitude and a love for creating memorable guest experiences.
Day in the Life
Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and ensuring every visit is memorable.
Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to enhance guests’ experience.
Deliver top‑notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
From the first pour of the day to the final lock‑up, you’re on the front lines, ensuring our standards are sky‑high and the experience is unforgettable.
Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and are legally able.
Inherent Requirements
This hands‑on role involves manual handling and lifting (e.g., moving stock, kegs, deliveries). Applicants must be able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About You
Natural at making people feel welcome and attentive to detail.
Team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
Current RSA certificate and adaptable availability.
Some gaming experience or willingness to learn is an asset.
