Role Overview
VetPartners is a network of veterinary clinics that values community connection and pet well‑being. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our clinics by handling patient reminders and general inquiries from our valued customers. The role is call‑center focused but without outbound sales and with full training on our procedures, so you can help make pets’ owners’ days easier.
Responsibilities
Support real people and their pets via the phone, helping them book or confirm appointments and providing information about services.
Work with a close‑knit, friendly team across multiple veterinary clinics.
Assist clinics with overflow calls, freeing staff to focus on the care of pets.
Qualifications
Experience in a customer service setting is helpful, but not required.
Robust communication skills and a caring attitude toward pets and their owners.
Willingness to learn VetPartners procedures and adapt to a supportive, animal‑loving workplace.
