Digital Marketing Coordinator
Part-Time (20‑24 hrs/week) position based in Sydney, NSW, AU. Hybrid role – in Sydney office and remote.
We’re looking for a creative, energetic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join VenueNow, an Australian event marketplace.
About The Role
As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support our marketing efforts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, email and website content, working closely with the Head of Marketing & Partnerships to create engaging content, jump on trends, design social assets, and help drive growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Create video content to be shared across TikTok & Instagram (including filming yourself and being on camera)
Jump on trends, script, film and edit short‑form video content
Design social media content, ads, stories + carousels
Build and schedule EDMs
Update landing pages and assist with basic SEO
Support general marketing admin, reporting and campaign execution
Who Are You?
Early in your marketing or content career
Confident on camera (fun, bubbly personality a big plus!)
Skilled with TikTok/IG, Canva, and basic video editing
A good writer with solid attention to detail
Creative, proactive and eager to learn
Looking for a flexible PT role you can grow in
Strong organisational, multitasking and planning skills
“Roll‑s‑up‑sleeve” attitude and motivated to get stuff done!
