Location: Port Kennedy, WALicensed Capacity: 86 placesHourly Rate: $ – $ per hour (depending on experience and level) About the Role Busy Bees at Port Kennedy is looking for an experienced and motivated Centre Director to lead our service.
With a licensed capacity of 86 children, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supporting your team, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for children and families.
Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) , EYLF , and ACECQA requirements Oversee enrolments, occupancy, rostering, and budgeting Build solid, lasting partnerships with families and the local community Collaborate with the Educational Leader to drive continuous improvement and high-quality curriculum delivery Promote Busy Bees' values of Care, Quality, Service, and Value What You'll Need Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) Proven leadership experience in a childcare or early education setting Solid knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and compliance frameworks Current Working with Children Check (WA) Current First Aid, CPR,
