We are growing and always on the lookout for high calibre individuals to join our store teams.A permanent part time position is available at our Byron Bay (NSW) company store, to work 18 hours per week.

Store hours are 6:30 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.ResponsibilitiesProviding exceptional customer experience to both retail and trade customersTinting and mixing paint,



and providing colour adviceFollowing the "Inspirations Way" guiding principlesSharing product knowledge in paint and protective coatings, and assisting with stock control and merchandisingStore presentation, stock management, housekeepingAdhering to our Workplace Health & Safety programExperience / AttributesDemonstrated customer service with personalised customer focusWell presented both in appearance and communicationAble to contribute and work in a small team environmentProven sales experience and a solid knowledge of paint and associated productsApproachable, confident and energetic with a pleasant disposition and the ability to effectively deal with customer queries and/or complaintsAttention to detail, initiative and the ability to learn current systemsHonest, reliable and punctualPhysical fitness to lift up to 25 kgIf you have knowledge of the paint industry, are enthusiastic and motivated, and have a genuine interest in people and providing an exceptional customer experience, we would like to hear from you.
