This is a rare opportunity to join a leader in the Financial Services sector who have a strong name in Australia and Recent Zealand. Due to financial goals they are requiring a Finance Manager to report directly into the CFO based in Sydney

Working closely with the Senior Management team and CFO, you will be accountable for Financial management reporting in the business. You will enjoy the variety and depth of experience that this will afford you. You will have the opportunity to get involved in financial matters and utilize your financial and management reporting & analysis experience across AUS and NZ.

Responsibilities
Preparation, and delivery of all accounting related matters in terms of financial and management reporting.
Translating financial data into actionable operating plans to support key stakeholders in driving the business forward;
Liaise with external auditors
Responsibility for the budget and monthly rolling forecasting process
Financial reporting and tax compliance for the division
Manage the timely preparation of internal,



external and statutory periodic reporting and ensure that all accounting standards are met.

Preferred background is someone who is a CA who has worked in financial services most recently or is from the Chartered Accounting profession. You will have positive people skills, presentation and communication. Your key skills are in financial and management reporting. In addition, you will be able to display a depth of understanding and experience in Accounting related compliance matters.

This is a hands on role that will suit someone who enjoys a varied role and has adaptable accounting experience. You will work as part of a small but professional team for a dynamic organization with a strong leadership team. Competitive remuneration package is on offer.
