We deliver high-quality asphalt surfacing, patching, and civil projects across the ACT and surrounding regions, with a solid reputation for reliability, performance, and customer service.
What you'll be doing Assisting the asphalt paving crew with the setup, operation and maintenance of asphalt paving equipmentEnsuring the safe and efficient placement of asphalt material on project sitesPerforming manual labour tasks such as shovelling, raking and tamping asphaltParticipating in the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areasCollaborating with the wider construction crew to deliver high-quality asphalt paving workAdhering to all relevant health,



safety and environmental policies and procedures What we're looking for Previous experience as an Asphalt Crew Member preferred but we are willing to provide training to the right candidateFamiliarity with the operation and maintenance of asphalt paving equipmentStrong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasksA keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workExcellent teamwork and communication skillsA valid driver's licence and reliable transportationCommitment to workplace health and safetyCrew Truck DriverLevel HandsPaver Operator What we offer At Austek Roads, we are dedicated to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work setting.
