Job Description
Manage and process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation and tax regulations.
Maintain and update payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Handle employee payroll queries in a qualified and timely manner.
Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to support financial reporting.
Monitor and manage payroll-related expenses and budgets.
Assist in audits and implement any required changes to payroll processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Manager should have:
Proven experience in payroll management within the FMCG industry.




Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance.
Proficiency in using payroll systems and accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
