Base pay range: A$70,/yr - A$70,/yr
Job Description
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant.
You will lead the team through busy service periods, train crew, proactively improve the guest experience, and support inventory and financial management as required.
Qualifications
Experience leading a team within a busy, high volume hospitality environment
Experience delivering exceptional customer service
Exceptional communication skills
Passion for inspiring, leading and developing your team
