What You'll Do
Shadow an experienced Director and learn the ropes of real estate.
Cold calling, prospecting, and "just listed / just sold" calls.
Conduct open homes and property appraisals.
Learn negotiation techniques and gain practical market knowledge.
Analyse the property market and research trends.
Be part of a fun, social, and supportive team workplace.
About You
Must hold a current Certificate of Registration (COR) and have a car.
Highly motivated, eager to learn, and ready to grow in real estate.
Experience & Qualifications
No prior experience required – full training provided.
COR & Car are mandatory.
What We Offer
Base salary + commission.
