Job Description Exiting career development prospect for an Assistant Security Manager available within Glad Group to help lead the Security Team at one of Sydney's most iconic retail buildings on the fringe of the CBD.You will:Demonstrate leadership and team-building skillsAssist in the leadership, coordination and direction of a team of security officersProvide a security service in line with the site SOPs and customer requirementsBe involved in and develop stakeholder relationshipProvide and assist with detailed reports on site's operationsMonitor and use CCTV applications, Emergency Management and Fire Systems.Demonstrate exceptional security service standards such as conflict resolution and incident reportingConduct comprehensive patrols to ensure safety on siteConduct detailed security checks for risks and breachesPerform control room operations,
