Job Description About the RoleThe iconic Big Banana is seeking a Cafe Manager for our Licensed Going Bananas Café and Ice CreameryResponsible for engaging,
developing and leading a large teamCreate a culture that delivers the highest standard of Customer ServiceMonitor food standards to ensure that it is presented & served in line with the company'shigh standardsEnsure the business meets the highest health & safety standardsMonitoring of deliveries, inventory & ordersImplementing and improving systems and standards Desired Skills and Experience About YouExperience in hospitality management (3 year minimum)The Café Manager manages all day-to-dayoperations, to ensure a smooth running of the business.
You will bring a friendly, positive and energetic attitude that is contagious to your teamHold a current NSW RSAA passionate professional who loves working "hands on" in hospitality & working with a diverse group of peopleAn ability to coach, develop, manage and motivate staff to provide excellent customer serviceAn ability to maintain qualified relationships with customers and suppliersExcellent leadership, organizational and communication skills
