Role Overview
As a dedicated HR Recruitment Consultant, you will :
Build and maintain relationships with top‑tier HR candidates and client organizations
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and skills matching
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent HR positions
Develop a deep understanding of HR market trends and talent pools
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in HR recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successful permanent placements
Strong networker with a proactive approach
Advanced knowledge of HR sector dynamics and role specifications
Proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
Experience managing both candidates and clients and guiding them through the recruitment process
