We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista, Bartender to join our team at MILANO RESTAURANT CAFE & BAR in Newstead, Queensland. This is a casual position, offering flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.
What you'll be doing
Preparing high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks to delight our customers
Mixing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Assisting with stock management and inventory control
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Barista and/or Bartender, preferably in a similar hospitality setting
Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation, cocktail mixing, and beverage service
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering a high-quality experience
Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or the willingness to obtain one
Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
