Due to ongoing growth an exciting opportunity for a Fire Alarm Technical Support skilled who will help to support customer needs and assist with the growth of business.A generous salary package including superannuation, car allowance and mobile will be offered to the right candidate along with a modern office setting with onsite parking.Training will be provided to the successful applicant.Main duties / responsibilities :Technical Field Support / Phone Support (Fire Alarms), (EWIS), (VESDA).
In house Programming (Fire Alarms).
Data Entry (Fire Alarms).
Fire Alarm Graphics System design and support.Assist in preparing technical sales solutionsSupporting customers with project needsSkills & Experience :Sound knowledge of Electrical (or similar) industryFire Alarm Systems knowledge would be highly regardedDriven and self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervisedStrong communications skills and a skilled demeanourSound computer skills essential (Microsoft Office)The ability to run multiple projects simultaneouslyPosition is available for immediate start.
