Whether you're expertly mixing cocktails at Sola bar or serving wine and beer at our conference and events centre, you'll contribute to making every visit special.What You'll DoWelcome guests warmly and offer knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their experienceTake orders and serve drinks efficiently, keeping service smooth and energeticMaintain a clean, well-stockedand inviting bar area at all timesSupport events and functions, helping to create a lively and engaging atmosphereAccurately manage bartending tasks including inventory controlQualificationsA friendly, approachable attitude with a guest-focused mindsetStrong knowledge of beverages including, cocktails, wines, and spiritsPrevious experience in customer service or hospitality rolesA positive team player who thrives in a rapid-paced, dynamic environmentCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
