About The Role
As our Queensland Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the regional sales function, leading growth across key markets and strengthening our relationships with Australia's top growers.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape the future of our Queensland operations through strategic thinking, commercial insight, and exceptional stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic plan for Queensland markets and product lines.
Achieve annual sales budgets, KPIs, and pipeline targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the Queensland sales team to deliver consistent commercial outcomes.
Build and maintain robust, trusted relationships with customers, growers, and supply-chain partners.
Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted strategies for sustainable growth.
Manage CRM processes for vegetable sales and maintain up-to-date competitor analysis.
Work closely with the growing, production, and dispatch teams to ensure all deliveries meet customer specifications, with consistent product quality and on-time execution.
Qualifications
Technical knowledge, ideally backed by on-farm, agronomy, or growing experience.
A strong understanding of vegetable production and the broader fresh-produce value chain.
Extensive proven experience in business development, sales, and customer service.
Demonstrated leadership and team-management experience.
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
A results-driven, proactive approach and exceptional planning and organisational skills.
Solid computer literacy across MS Office Suite, CRM, and ERP systems.
