Role Description: This is a full time, on-site Assistant Manager role located in Brisbane, QLD.
The Assistant Manager will support daily operations, oversee staff performance, and ensure the delivery of excellent guest experiences.
Responsibilities include managing scheduling, resolving guest concerns, maintaining service standards, and assisting in the implementation of operational strategies to achieve business goals.




The Assistant Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Experience in hospitality management, including staff supervision and guest relations
Solid organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in customer service and maintaining high service standards
Knowledge of operational management, including scheduling and resource allocation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and guests
Proficiency in relevant hotel management systems and software is a plus
A background or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
