An Award-Winning Marina on the Hawkesbury River is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team.

No experience is required but would like someone with an interest in boats and the marine industry.

This position requires someone to be hard working, who doesn't mind getting dirty and is eager to learn as this position will teach you many aspects of the Marina and the Marine industry.

Expectations for our staff include: Reliable, respectful, attentive, and someone who works well in a team.

Full training by our in office manager as well as the prospect to grow within the company in the future including straddle carrier operations.

Responsibilities
Jet washing, scraping and cleaning of vessel hulls and running gear,
Assist setting up boats with our Marine Straddle Carrier MSC50 for the purpose of lifting boats to/from water, hardstand or transport,
Assist with the movement of vessels around marina by towing,
Operating a forklift to assist with boat yard task or deliveries.
Serving of fuel from bowsers to customers boats or auxiliary fuel tanks,
Serving of LP gas, ice and provisions required by customers,
Assist customers while berthing their vessels, including securing ropes and lines,




Support our Maintenance staff with keeping things clean and tidy onsite this includes the boat yard and marina.
Support our yard team with antifoul and detailing when required
Fill out daily work sheets and job sheets,

This position is full time Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.

Staff are on a rotating roster for weekends/holiday operational times.

Fenwicks Marina is located in Brooklyn, just 25 minutes drive from Gosford and 1 hour drive from Sydney.

Brooklyn, NSW 2083: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
Boat Licence (preferred)
Forklift Licence (preferred)
