Responsibilities
Engage customers by sharing your passion for our products and creating special moments
Advocate BWS loyalty programs and inform customers of benefits and product offerings
Maintain inventory, ensuring shelves are stocked for the best choices
Keep the setting protected and clean for customers and teammates
Uphold service of alcohol guidelines
Be yourself and bring your authentic energy to the role
About You
Confident, authentic communication with customers
Valuable availability across the day, evenings and weekends
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Interest in learning and expanding product knowledge
