Role Description
RE Legal is a busy, results-focused, conveyancing practice based in West End, Brisbane.
Working closely with our growing network of skilled referral partners, our team ensures exceptional service delivery to our clients buying and selling residential and commercial property.
We are becoming known as one of Queensland's leading and most trusted conveyancing practices.
We are looking for an experienced conveyancer to join our team.

The Role
We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering high levels of service along with a detailed knowledge of the conveyancing processes from start to finish.
You will be able to demonstrate impeccable time-management skills, outstanding attention to detail, and proven foresight for identifying potential issues and resolving them prior to settlement.
You will be supported in the role, working closely with our existing conveyancers, senior property lawyer and legal practice director.




*We are offering a start-up bonus dependent on experience.
Duties
Liaise with clients, banks, law firms, real estate agents and any other industry professionals
Draft correspondence and settlement figures
Identify potential risk matters and report to the Senior Property Lawyer and Legal Practitioner Director
Some data entry is required
Skills and Experience
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in A–Z Residential Conveyancing transactions in Queensland
Must be able to conduct a minimum of * A–Z Residential Conveyancing transactions autonomously per month
Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
High level of verbal and written communication skills
Actionstep experience preferred but not essential
