We're looking for a passionate and customer focused Assistant Store Manager for our Werribee location.
In this role, you will support commercial decision making, drive an operational business, provide beautiful customer connections and work in partnership with your Store Manager to drive a successful business.
Responsibilities Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction Inspire those you encounter through leading by example Ensure the team is creating a high energy & compelling experience for customers Work with your SM to identify areas of opportunity in-store and with your team Drive & manage KPIS daily Support in coaching & developing your team consistently foster their development Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets and budgets Be a robust communicator who lead, coach,
