Key Responsibilities Support Principal Solicitor Build and maintain strong client relationships Provide advice Manage files and the diary Represent clients in court Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence Instruct and brief Counsel as required Collaborate effectively within a close-knit legal and administrative team Collaborate with a team of experienced legal professionals Handle multiple competing tasks and workload while maintaining quality and service levels Areas of Law Criminal Family Wills | Estate | Probate Property Civil Mediation About You Admitted to practice law in Recent South Wales & High Court of Australia Experience in General Law including but not limited to - Criminal, Family, Wills, Estates, Property, Commercial and Civil Honest and has integrity Robust communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach Highly skilled, organised, and detail-oriented Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team Proactive, adaptable, and committed to contributing to a positive workplace culture The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively Hold a current Current South Wales practising certificate NSW drivers license and willingness to travel between courts Job Types Full time, Permanent Experience 2 years (Preferred) Work Authorisation Australia (Required) Willingness to travel 100% (Preferred) Work Location In person or in court or in chambers #J-*-Ljbffr
