Join a quick-paced venture-building setting supporting multiple startups from launch to exit.
We're working on behalf of a client in Cambridge to find them a Paralegal to manage legal documentation, governance, and compliance across their portfolio.
Duties include:
Draft and review legal documents (e.g. Articles, Shareholders' Agreements).
Support fundraising, restructuring, and exits.
Ensure Companies House filings and statutory compliance.
Advise on governance and company structures.
The perfect Paralegal will have:
Solid knowledge of UK company law.
Strong drafting and organisational skills.
Experience in startups or investment environments is a plus.
You'll work closely with founders and investors, shaping legal systems and governance frameworks from the ground up.
