The successful candidate will be an experienced HR qualified with a solid background in end-to-end recruitment (minimum 5 years), ideally within multi-site or service-based environments in a people-intensive industry.
You will bring a strategic mindset, resilience, and commercial acumen to the role, along with a genuine passion for people and process improvement.
Other qualities sought include exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, high levels of integrity, and the ability to thrive in cooperative and dynamic environments.
A solid understanding of compliance frameworks, risk management, and labour market trends will be essential.
Applications are encouraged from candidates with tertiary qualifications in HR,
experience in strategic recruitment and HR advisory roles who can balance operational delivery with a commercial and compliance-focused approach, and who are able to travel to Mildura head office or site locations as required.
