We are seeking expressions of interest for the pivotal and high impactful position of Executive Officer People and Wellbeing for a 12-month period.
This is a trusted and energetic position where your professionalism, confidentiality, insight and coordination skills will provide exceptional executive support to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and play a key role in ensuring the effective operation of the People and Wellbeing function.
What You'll Do Provide strategic and operational support to the Chief People Officer Coordinate reporting compliance and planning across People and Wellbeing Prepare executive communications briefings and presentations Organise divisional events and contribute to a positive staff experience Provide budget management and oversight for the division What We're Looking For Experience supporting executives in complex fast-paced environments Robust judgement, discretion, and ability to manage confidential matters Skilled at building trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders Proactive, organised,
