About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Drafter to join our energetic team.
The ideal candidate will have a positive foundation in drafting principles and proficiency in 3D software such as CAD and Tekla.
This role will involve assisting production with various projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and modify technical drawings, plans, and specifications for production purpose.Using 3D software to modify CAD and Tekla models to suit production needsCapable of extraction and working with NC / dxf filesOrganize and manage project production documentation, including shop drawings, specifications, and material ordersEnsure project deadlines are metUtilize Excel for data entry, analysis, and reportingMaintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detailQualificationsBasic knowledge of drafting principles and practicesBasic knowledge of 3D software, such as AutoCAD and TeklaStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft ExcelAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong drafting skills with heavy structural steel experiencePosition: Production Drafter — Hours: 6am-2pm
