The Position
Provide exceptional customer service to guests within the Lounge, ensuring a welcoming and skilled experience
Clearing tables
Loading and unloading service trolleys - glassware, cutlery, plates and crockery
Clean all public areas
Maintain and clean all areas within the Lounge
Dispense, distil and store chemicals in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines
The Person
Have an absolute "can do" attitude.
You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
Understanding of food safety requirements
Ability to work under pressure
Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
Safety mindset
Well-groomed and qualified in appearance
