Job Description
We are recruiting for multiple grain harvest casual positions based at The Rock in NSW, commencing from September 2025.
The purpose of this position is to assist with the effective, productive and safe operation of the country storage site facilities during the harvest period.
Key Responsibilities
The ability to work in an operational team
Follow site operational and safety policies and procedures
As directed, perform operational duties to assist with the receival of and out-turning of grain from the site
Attend and complete site training requirements

General Labouring roles
Experience and Skills
Training will be provided however the following would be highly regarded:
Similar experience gained within grain or another, dry bulk commodity, industrial manufacturing, material handling, mining, or similar industry
The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
Time management skills and the ability to complete tasks within a set time frame
Robust approach to Safety
Flexible and adaptable attitude
Strong focus on customer service
Good communication skills
