We have a great opportunity for a part time apprentice chef to join The Finch to learn the craft of commercial cooking in a great team and venue.

Experience and Qualities
A passion for cooking and a desire to learn
Ability to work adaptable, sometimes long hours
Absolute accountability and ownership
A positive attitude with strong communication skills
Day‑to‑Day responsibilities
Working as a team to prepare for al la carte service
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work place, including fridges and dry stores
After suitable training you will be exposed to the different sections
