We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our team and contribute to our menu with expertise in Italian cuisine, pastries, and high-end café dishes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, pastries, and café-style meals to a high standard.
Develop and refine seasonal menus with a focus on fresh,
high-quality ingredients.
Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control in all dishes.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
Oversee kitchen operations, including stock management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring a collaborative and efficient kitchen setting.
Work closely with management to innovate and enhance the menu offerings.
Adapt to a rapid-paced kitchen while maintaining quality and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Chef in an Italian restaurant, patisserie, or café.
Robust knowledge of Italian pastries, gelato, and classic Italian cuisine.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
At least one year's full-time chef experience
Relevant cookery qualification.
