Biondo Rentals is a trusted leader in Victoria's machinery and access equipment industry. As we continue our exciting growth phase from our new, state-of-the-art premises in Dandenong South, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our expert team.
This is a key role focused on driving the sales of our extensive range of new and used machinery and warehouse equipment. You will be at the forefront of our sales division, building lasting relationships and providing tailored equipment solutions to a diverse client base across Australia.
Your Focus:
Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow our sales portfolio, with a specific focus on:
- New Machinery Sales: Representing world-leading brands to provide clients with the latest in material handling and access technology. Proactively selling our complete range of warehouse solutions, including new and used reach trucks, and counterbalance forklifts and telehandlers. (Electric, LPG, and Diesel).
- Used Machinery Sales: Driving sales of our high-quality, workshop-serviced, and certified used equipment, offering exceptional value to our customers.
- Warehouse Equipment: Container ramps to wrapping machines. Pallet Jacks - Manual and Electric, Walkie Stackers, Sweepers and more.
- Access Equipment: Selling our comprehensive range of new and used scissor lifts, boom lifts, duct lifters etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work from our new Dandenong South depot to manage the entire sales process from lead generation to delivery.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for machinery and warehouse equipment sales.
- Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Collaborate closely with our service and hire departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the capital equipment, forklift, or industrial machinery sector.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales experience required.
- A "hunter" mindset with a demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical aptitude or a solid understanding of material handling and warehouse equipment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A self-motivated and organised professional who can manage their time and territory effectively.
- A valid Victorian driver's licence.
- Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
