- Manage stable portfolios of long-term commercial tenants (leases 2–10 years)
- Serve as primary contact for owners and tenants
- Enjoy autonomy, variety, and relationship-building opportunities

Requirements:

- Certificate in Real Estate Property Management (current)
- Experience in property management (preferred)
- Trust accounting background
- Strong communication, customer service, and organisational skills
- Proactive work ethic

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee commercial property portfolios
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors




- Resolve property issues promptly
- Handle lease renewals, negotiations, and compliance
- Manage budgeting and arrears
- Ensure accurate paperwork and reporting
