Required to work both days on weekends.

Responsibilities of the Role:

· Taking food and beverage orders and relaying to the kitchen or bar staff

· Serving food and alcohol

· Cleaning and resetting tables

· Preparing bill and processing payment

· Ensuring efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintaining high production, productivity and quality.
