Due to an internal secondment, we’re offering a 12-month opportunity to step into a well-supported role that informs, engages, and inspires the high-performing people who represent Manningham every day.
You’ll play a key role in continuing momentum and strengthening how we connect our people to purpose. Using existing frameworks, strategies, and processes you’ll help “join the dots”, building on what’s working and elevating what’s next.

About the role
As our Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Advisor, you’ll help shape the voice of our organisation, connecting, inspiring, and empowering our people through clear, purposeful communication and engagement.
What you will be doing?
- Communicate with purpose: Deliver and maintain momentum guided by our Internal Communication Strategy focus areas, Leadership Internal Communications Framework and Internal Communications Content and Planning Calendar.
- Lead with structure: Manage and govern our internal communication channels including the fortnightly newsletter, intranet news, and All Staff events.
- Champion the employee experience: Drive campaigns and initiatives that bring our values to life, celebrate our wins (big and small), and support strategic change.
- Craft compelling narratives: Create engaging content from CEO and executive updates to intranet stories that reflect our culture, vision,
and voice.
- Collaborate across Council: Partner with teams and leaders to ensure internal communications are timely, inclusive, and aligned. Support leaders on delivering on engagement survey themes and sponsorship priorities.
- Innovate and improve: Continuously enhance our communication tools and practices to meet the diverse evolving needs of our people.
