Maintenance Coordinator

About this opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our Civil Operations team within Infrastructure & Operations. In this role, you will:
- Plan and coordinate personnel, plant, and resources for maintenance and capital works programs.
- Lead and manage teams to deliver roads, drainage, and parks maintenance services.
- Monitor budgets, compile cost estimates, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Provide technical advice and contribute to operational process improvements.
- Support emergency response and recovery efforts during natural disasters.
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- QLD 'C' Class Driver’s Licence (or interstate equivalent).
- General Construction Safety 'White' Card.
- Qualifications in Civil Engineering or related field (Associate Diploma preferred or Certificate IV in Civil Construction).
- Substantial experience leading teams in civil engineering works, particularly roads and drainage.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and construction procedures, traffic management, and quality assurance.
- Highly developed leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
