Do you love timeless fashion and enjoy making customers smile? We're looking for a Casual Shop Assistant to join our friendly team across our Mooroopna and Echuca stores.
We're not a big chain; we're a small, family-run business where every customer matters and every outfit tells a story. If you're passionate about helping women, feel confident and beautifully put-together, this could be the perfect fit.
This is a casual position with 10–20 hours per week, including occasional Saturday shifts as needed. There is potential for this role to transition into a full time opportunity.
About Us
Fashion Collective is the home of Pampens Boutique in Mooroopna and Emporium Boutique in Echuca. Together, we present a thoughtful collection of classic, elegant, and easy-to-wear pieces designed to help women feel confident and beautifully put together.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers with warmth and genuine care
- Offer styling tips and outfit suggestions that make shopping fun
- Handle sales transactions and keep the store looking its best
- Support day-to-day operations in a collaborative, family-focused team
What We're Looking For
- A love of fashion and people
- Hands-on merchandising expertise, including stock presentation,
promotional displays, and creating engaging in-store experiences that boost sales.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly personality
- Reliability and flexibility to work across both locations and, at times, assist with opening and closing
- Retail experience is a bonus, but not essential — enthusiasm counts most!
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Must be an Australian citizen
