About the Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on professional for along-term opportunity as a Maintenance Supervisor to join our BlackberryTeam in Dunorlan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing andcoordinating the day-to-day activities of our operations team with a strongfocus on workplace safety.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who isproactive, safety-focused, and enjoys leading a team in a dynamic workenvironment.
The tasks include, but are notlimited to:
- Supervising daily labour activities to ensureefficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Promoting a protected working environment whilesupporting operational goals.
- Prioritisetasks and delegate them to team members accordingly.
- Developteam effectiveness and succession planning.
- Leadsby example - show a consistent work ethic, respect, enthusiasm for the task.
- Identifyand report all Issues to line manager.
- Providepositive and encouraging feedback to team members.
About you
- A driver’slicence and your own vehicle.
