As an SME Broker, you’ll play a crucial role in helping small and medium‑sized businesses navigate their energy options and secure the best deals in the market.
About the role
We’re expanding our SME Energy Broker team and seeking enthusiastic, coachable individuals ready to kick start their careers in January 2026. No prior industry experience is required; we provide comprehensive training, ongoing development, and a supportive team environment. This is an office‑based role located on St Kilda Rd, Melbourne.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads in our existing database and identify new prospects
- Build relationships with small and medium‑sized business clients
- Learn how to analyse energy usage and recommend cost‑saving solutions
- Negotiate with energy suppliers to secure competitive pricing
- Provide guidance on energy management and efficiency
- Develop critical communication, negotiation, and client‑management skills
