About the Role

Join our team at the Northgate site in our Transfer Station division. This is a hands-on, full-time permanent role offering long-term stability and opportunities to grow. On top of that, we’re offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating plant equipment, Dozer is essential, and other machinery such as Loader, Excavator, and Forklift would be desirable
- Supporting daily transfer station operations
- Performing laboring and clean-up duties
- Handling and moving waste materials across the facility
- Loading/unloading waste, stockpiling, and processing materials
- Screening and sorting waste to ensure correct disposal
- Inspecting customer loads and managing different waste streams

- Early starts at 5:00am or 7:00am, with shifts up to 10 hours per day

What You’ll Bring:

- Dozer experience required
- Loader, Excavator & Forklift tickets are not required but desirable
- Pro as a plant operator; landfill or waste facility experience preferred
- Waste industry and transfer station experience highly regarded
- Willingness to work in a hands-on setting
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to safety

What You’ll Need to Apply:

- A current driver’s license
- Ability to pass a police check and pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screening)
