We're looking for a hands‑on Manager / Caretaker to oversee one of our 4‑star apartment hotels in Dandenong, Melbourne. This is a live‑in or live‑out role managing 20 rooms.

About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on setting and is ready to take ownership of day‑to‑day operations. You'll be involved in all aspects of the business, including:
- Managing caretaking duties and minor maintenance
- Overseeing housekeeping and front office tasks
- Liaising with Head Office and Owners Corporation
You’ll receive ongoing support and professional development from a Melbourne‑based Regional Manager, giving you independence with structured guidance.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Manager / Caretaker or Housekeeper cross‑trained on front desk
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- A proactive, detail‑oriented approach with a genuine passion for hospitality
This role can be live‑in or live‑out, but flexibility and a willingness to immerse yourself in all aspects of operations are essential.
