About Us

The Role
- Preparing and cooking pizzas, pastas, and other menu items to a high standard
- Maintaining kitchen hygiene, food safety, and stock control
- Valid food safety certification required
- Supporting menu development and specials
- Working efficiently under pressure during busy service times
- Leading and mentoring kitchen assistants and cooks
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a similar chef role (Italian cuisine or fast‑paced kitchen preferred)
- Minimum 1‑2 years of chef experience required
- Solid teamwork,
communication, and time‑management skills
- Pride in presentation and consistency
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- A positive attitude and genuine love for food
