The Prospect
We specialise in the construction of high-quality, two-storey residential homes valued between $500k and $1.5m. We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to manage and lead projects on Brisbane’s central to south side. This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to work across a diverse and rewarding project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of the Framework construction program
- Manage an average portfolio of 10–15 homes
- Work autonomously and take ownership of project outcomes
- Supervise and build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Conduct scheduling, forward planning, and project coordination
- Use IT systems confidently, including construction and Microsoft programs
- Manage construction from approvals through to handover
- Ensure high‑quality project delivery and performance across scope, time, and cost
- Manage both single and double‑storey residential projects
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve construction issues proactively

About You – The Ideal Candidate
You will bring a strong track record in residential construction supervision and possess:
- A current Building or Supervisor Licence
- Minimum 5‑10 years’ experience as a Construction Site Supervisor in volume residential construction
- A current White Card (Construction Induction Safety)
- Excellent attention to detail and construction knowledge
- Strong competency with Framework and Microsoft programs
- Advanced understanding and practical application of WHS principles
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- A valid driver’s licence
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to being part of a supportive team
