About the Role
We are expanding our Underground Minerals NSW Division and seeking skilled and motivated Drillers to join our crews. You’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering drilling programs, working closely with supervisors to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.
This role is offering a 14 days on / 14 days off roster with FIFO from an agreed point of hire or DIDO within a reasonable distance.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply protected and effective drilling practices within your scope of expertise.
- Execute hole plans with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maximise drilling productivity (“Bit on Bottom”) while minimising equipment loss or breakage.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on rigs and down-hole equipment.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Australian Open Car Licence (mandatory).
- Experience operating LM90, LM110, MDR700, or similar rigs.
- Certificate III in Drilling Operations (mandatory).
- Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR certification and a National Police Clearance.
