Sales Support Representative – Mitcham (The Arnott’s Group)

We currently have an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join us within a high performing team as a Sales Support Representative in the Mitcham Area. This is a permanent part‑time position requiring approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours as workload demands. Applicants must be available 2–3 days per week, possess their own car, and hold a high‑school certificate.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish a visual presence at store level through building and maintenance of displays in line with trade standards.
- Assist with limited selling tasks such as selling in, confirming, or upgrading the Arnott’s Group promotional activity.
- Manage customer relationships effectively through communication with relevant store personnel.
- Support the Territory Manager in achieving business objectives and targets via selling, managing POS and attempting to resolve non‑compliance issues.
- Strictly adhere to provided OH&S; guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills





- Preferably a high‑school certificate.
- Previous experience in a merchandising/sales role, preferably in grocery or FMCG.
- Drive for results, customer focus, interpersonal savvy, creativity, problem solving and basic selling skills.
